- New Local Government Network (Reino Unido): The New Local Government Network (NLGN) was founded in 1996 by a group of senior local government figures whose aim was to make local government more relevant and credible to local people
- Demos: Demos is the think tank for everyday democracy. We believe everyone should be able to make personal choices in their daily lives that contribute to the common good. - eGise (Reino Unido): The purpose of the eGISE network will be to promote national debate and highlight research strategies to increase understanding of eGovernment, and the processes involved in evaluating decisions surrounding human, organisational and technical components of information society technologies (IST). In particular, the network will explore IST strategies and their embedded mechanisms for evaluation and integration within government and the service or public sector.

- EL INSTITUTO TECNOLOGIA Y DESARROLLO -ITD-, es un Think Tank Team cuya misión es la de acompañar y brindar aportes para el desarrollo y transición hacia una nueva era: La Sociedad del Conocimiento.
