The USPS and IRS feel good about e-government in the U.S.









Last week we examined improvements that the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) have made to their consumer-facing portals.

The U.S. government employees who spoke with us genuinely care about users. They give the impression not of providing basic citizen services but of delivering gold standard customer service.
