E-Government Executive Education (3E) Project at Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government

The E-Government Executive Education (3E) Project at Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government would like to announce our upcoming conference, Leadership and Politics of Cross-Boundary Reform: Governance and Finance of IT-Driven Initiatives. This workshop provides knowledge at the executive level on how to deliver real value in this complex arena. Participants will be exposed to leading research, cases, and practitioner knowledge on how governance models and organizational dynamics impact decision making, access, control, and implementation of cross-boundary reform. A close look will be taken at how financial and budgetary structures involving multiple organizations can be designed to maximize effectiveness and minimize risk.

Most importantly, participants will take away real-world ideas on how to overcome the constraints and barriers that plague reforms by designing innovative governance and financial models.

The conference will be held March 8 and 9, 2006, in Cambridge, MA. Further information is available at: http://www.ksg.harvard.edu/execed/lnwfinance
