E-government in the Arab world needs IT graduates

Arab world's impending IT skills shortage was not limited to the private sector but was inextricably linked to the public sector.

To ensure that public services can continue to function and develop over time, the Arab world needs graduates with the skills to address and manage IT. This view should be made a theme across the Arab countries. The impending grave skills shortage should be highlighted on every occasion.

To deliver effective customer service, Arab public sector should give importance to IT graduates and start encouraging students into the IT sector.

Technology is of paramount importance in the changing world, so are graduates from computer science, who are going to be in increasing demand in the future. (to be continued)
